The 59-year-old star hosted a giant yard sale offloading hundreds of personal items and raising $600,000 for charity in the process.The charity fundraiser took place both online and at a live auction at the Santa Barbara Polo & Racquet Club in California. The Queen of Talk sold a variety of different goodies ranging from luxurious furniture to signed enlarged framed prints and random homeware items.

      One lucky and wealthy bidder bought a set of six 18th-century Louis XVI armchairs with hand-embroidered details for the pricey sum of $60,000.Many of the items sold for much higher prices than they were actually worth because the megastar's fans were so keen to own something from one of their idol's many homes in Hawaii, Indiana and California.
