Celebrity Hair Envy of the Day: See What Tonto DIkeh and Mercy Aigbe Have In Common

    Well, this is a nice one .Tonto Dikeh has always been a huge fan of hair colors.As far as we are concern she changes hair more than accessories but the good thing is she has ways of pulling them off.
   Now Mercy Aigbe has just been spotted in a similar hair color with what Tonto rock months back..They both look cute.
